Review of the Last Intra-day:
During previous intraday the Nifty made a high of 6737 and low 6689. After making an intraday range of 48 points, the Share Bazaar closed down 2 points at 6694. On the last trading day, European indices were mix. FTSE was up 14 points, CAC was down 29 point, and DAX was down 47 points. US markets were down. Dow Jones closed down 46 points, S&P 500 was down 3 points, and Nasdaq was down by 4 point.
FII and DII Activity in Last Intraday:
Yesterday, FIIs bought Rs. 387 crores in cash segment while DIIs sold Rs. 406 crores in cash. FIIs sold Rs. 243 crores in Index futures and FIIs purchased Rs. 1016 crores in index options. In stock futures FIIs sold Rs. 39 crores and in stock options FIIs bought Rs. 13 crore. This is the provisional data from NSE. Here you can view final data from SEBI.
Options Segment Activity:
In f&o market, May series options data tells that, Nifty 6800 call adds 2.8 lac shares. Nifty 6800 put adds 1.8 lac shares. Maximum 40 lac shares are outstanding at 7000 call and 41 lac shares at 6500 put. According to options data, bulls/bears activity is heavily concentrated at lower strike puts of 6500-6400-6200 levels.
Currency Market:
In the currency market the USDINR closed at 60.16. The INR was strong by 0.15 paisa.

Today morning, Asian markets are trading negative. Nikkei is closed, Hang Seng is down 334 points, Taiwan is down by 8 points, and Kospi is closed.
