Review of the Last Intra-day:
During previous intraday the Nifty made a high of 6819 and low 6777. After making an intraday range of 42 points, the Share Bazaar closed up 0.20 points at 6696. On the last trading day, European indices were mix. FTSE was up 6 points, CAC was down 29 point, and DAX was down 52 points. US markets were up. Dow Jones closed down 267 points, S&P 500 was down 39 points, and Nasdaq was down by 130 points.
FII and DII Activity in Last Intraday:
Yesterday, FIIs bought Rs. 343 crores in cash segment and DIIs also bought Rs. 13 crores in cash. FIIs sold Rs. 355 crores in Index futures and FIIs purchased Rs. 2112 crores in index options. In stock futures FIIs sold Rs. 354 crores and in stock options FIIs sold Rs. 38 crores. This is the provisional data from NSE. Here you can view final data from SEBI.
Options Segment Activity:
In f&o market, April series options data tells that, Nifty 6900 call adds 6 lac shares. Nifty 6800 put adds 11.8 lac shares. Maximum 39 lac shares are outstanding at 6900 call and 56 lac shares at 6700 put. According to options data, bulls have upper hand on bears.
Currency Market:
In the currency market the USDINR closed at 60.07. The INR was strong by 0.07 paisa.

Today morning, Asian markets are trading negative. Nikkei is down 332 points, Hang Seng is down 38 points, Taiwan is down by 42 points, and Kospi is down by 19 points.
